What you will do

• Support cloud-native application development and deployment on AWS, including CI/CD pipeline integration
• Build and maintain automated tests (functional, regression, and integration) to ensure quality and reliability
• Assist with monitoring, alerting, and observability improvements (dashboards, metrics, logging)
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to improve system stability and resilience

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related)
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps concepts
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical communication skills, including explaining data analysis clearly
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions in an agile environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
• Time management and organization skills to meet deadlines

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure or AWS, containers/virtual machines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes)
• Experience with DevOps and ITIL practices, IT service management best practices, and ServiceNow or similar tools
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and technical release management
