TL;DR

Solutions Architect (EMEA): Building and scaling hirify.global’s technical customer success motion in the European market with an accent on pre-sales engineering, onboarding, and Tier 1 support. Focus on managing the full customer lifecycle, providing technical advisory for Apple device management, and establishing the regional SA function.

Location: Must be based in the EMEA region, with a preference for the United Kingdom. Work hours must be aligned to GMT/BST.

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS company providing a platform for IT professionals to manage Apple devices at scale.

What you will do

  • Lead technical pre-sales demos and manage prospect evaluations for the EMEA market.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new regional accounts.
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshoot macOS, iPadOS, and iOS management issues.
  • Develop custom automation solutions using Bash, Python, and REST APIs.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts and lead technical workshops.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address EMEA-specific feature gaps and requirements.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Apple MDM, MSP environments, or technical consulting.
  • Deep expertise in Apple platform protocols, ABM, ASM, APNS, DEP, and SSO integrations.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, zShell, Python, REST APIs).
  • Must be based in the EMEA region and available during GMT/BST business hours.
  • Experience with customer success tooling such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to travel once per quarter to the US and within EMEA for trade shows or customer visits.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with EU IT infrastructure norms and GDPR compliance considerations.
