What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions and conduct audits of client HubSpot portals and MarTech stacks.
• Design and document comprehensive solution architecture and implementation plans.
• Execute end-to-end technical implementations across Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, and Content Hubs.
• Manage complex data migrations from external CRMs like Salesforce or Pipedrive into HubSpot.
• Build custom automations, programmable workflow actions, and third-party system integrations.
• Deliver training sessions and technical documentation to ensure successful user adoption.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in a HubSpot-focused technical or implementation role.
• Expert-level proficiency across the full HubSpot Enterprise platform.
• Must hold active HubSpot certifications in Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Content Hubs.
• Proven track record of managing complex data migrations and CRM implementations.
• Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Must be available to work during AEST business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot API and custom integrations.
• Proficiency with programmable automation using JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HubL.
• Experience with other CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or ClickUp.
