What you will do

• Act as the finance interface for EE Marketing (Pricing and Propositions teams) to influence new customer offerings.
• Articulate P&L performance through drivers and lead profit improvement initiatives.
• Provide decision support to ensure pricing and proposition proposals meet value objectives.
• Manage end-to-end finance engagement for pre-launch propositions to align budget and mid-term-plans (MTP).
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks related to regulatory factors, churn, and ARPU.
• Conduct commercial evaluations of strategic projects and present outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Exceptional business partnering skills with a proven ability to influence and challenge.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex financial data for non-financial senior stakeholders.
• High level of commercial acumen to assess financial impacts of new business ideas.
• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
• Experience in budget management, planning, forecasting, and financial business partnering.

Nice to have

• Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel.
• Broad knowledge of finance best practices and policies.
• Experience within the Mobile telecoms industry.
