What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports and Discovery Boards based on workforce metrics.
• Perform advanced workforce data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and operational drivers.
• Translate business reporting requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting logic and data quality issues independently.
• Standardize the reporting ecosystem by consolidating and deprecating redundant reports.
• Document report logic and definitions to support transparency and self-service adoption.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Workday reporting, including calculated fields and complex logic.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain workforce data findings.
• Proven experience building dashboards and visual reporting solutions for HR stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for preparing high-level analysis.
• Ability to solve complex reporting problems using structured analytical thinking.
• Availability to attend in-person interviews at the Cluj-Napoca office.
