What you will do

• Grow assigned portfolio by 15%+ YOY through structured account planning and expanded offerings.
• Position the company as a strategic partner for AI transformation directly with CXOs.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to shape and defend business cases and commercial deals.
• Maintain a strategic presence in managed accounts in partnership with AI advisors and capability leads.
• Procure public testimonials and references from clients regarding the quality of delivered work.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have work authorization for the United States (Boston, MA)
• 5+ years of key account leadership experience managing accounts valued at $20M+ for professional services firms.
• Proven track record of successful account expansion and revenue growth.
• Experience engaging and building relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs.
• AI fluency with the ability to lead value-driven transformation conversations within a specific industry vertical.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in procurement and legal negotiations.
