TL;DR

Product Director (Web3/Payments): Driving product growth and execution of pay, card, and crypto-related products with an accent on global trade flows and retail exchange payments. Focus on designing viral growth loops, optimizing user conversion and retention, and scaling products in European and American markets.

Location: Onsite in Singapore or Hong Kong. Candidates must have a current right to work in Singapore (no sponsorship provided).

What you will do

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for retail exchange, payments, and consumer payment products.
  • Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to create viral growth loops, increasing user acquisition and retention.
  • Implement and optimize product-led experiments and A/B tests to boost conversion and reactivate dormant users.
  • Drive end-to-end market expansion and go-to-market strategies for the European and American markets.
  • Mentor a high-performing growth team and manage stakeholders, including local market executives and technical teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in payment networks, stablecoin payments, or established crypto firms.
  • Deep practical understanding of payments, payment networks, stablecoins, CeFi, and DeFi.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Right to work in Singapore or Hong Kong is required.
