What you will do

• Maintain and prepare Cost Spreads and track project cash positions.
• Develop and maintain Level I/II schedules, including fragnet identification and resource leveling.
• Lead critical path and float analysis reporting.
• Develop earned value reports and provide input for monthly project reporting.
• Manage change logs to ensure forecasts reflect potential project changes.
• Collaborate across EPC work processes to identify dependencies and perform risk analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience (or 6+ years without a degree).
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to construction sites.
• Capability to work in diverse environments, including heights and extreme weather on-site.
