Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules covering all phases from design through closeout.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines.
• Identify critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies to align with owner objectives.
• Track progress against baseline schedules using earned value, milestone, and variance analyses.
• Perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules to mitigate project disruptions.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows, specifically MEP systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
