What you will do

• Provide Level 3 support for complex network, server, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Execute VMware-to-Hyper-V migration initiatives using Veeam technologies.
• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and firewall environments.
• Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage onboard data center operations, including hardware upgrades and rack-and-stack activities.
• Serve as the lead onsite technical representative for the company while coordinating with remote teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
• Valid U.S. Passport required for shipboard rotations.
• Proven expertise in Cisco networking, Windows Server, and virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware).
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in high-availability production environments.
• Ability to work independently with limited onsite supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
