What you will do

• Lead requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design for core initiatives, driving products from 0 to 1.
• Produce detailed PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and comprehensive product documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and data teams to manage development schedules and launch acceptance.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, implementation costs, and trade-off logic in discussions with engineers.
• Rapidly build systematic understanding of new business areas and emerging technologies.
• Take ownership of user experience, business outcomes, and long-term product value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with experience at a top-tier internet company.
• Strong logical thinking and the ability to deconstruct complex business problems into analytical frameworks.
• High learning agility and comfort with unfamiliar business contexts or new tech stacks.
• Solid technical comprehension to assess risks and boundaries of technical solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for driving cross-team alignment.
• Current right to work in Singapore (No sponsorship available)

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3, wallets, DeFi, on-chain transactions, smart contracts, or AI + Crypto products.
• Background in AI products, data products, trading systems, fintech, or developer tools.
• Proven track record of building products from 0 to 1 or leading complex system refactors.
• Hands-on understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and on-chain interactions.
