Product Manager, Pay-ins (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; on-site five days per week. Remote work is not available for full-time employees in the Singapore office. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered infrastructure layer for global commerce combining global payments, AI, stablecoins, and a Merchant of Record-like model to manage compliance, risk, fraud, chargebacks, reconciliation, and customer support.

What you will do

• Own the Pay-ins product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, delivery, and iteration across payment acceptance and merchant settlement.
• Improve payment experiences across cards, APMs, and crypto, focusing on payment success, reliability, and checkout quality.
• Build merchant settlement capabilities that provide accurate, timely fund flows and clear settlement and payment activity visibility across regions and payment methods.
• Work with merchants and Operations to understand needs and convert operational pain points into practical product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to navigate technical trade-offs and ship customer-facing and underlying system improvements.
• Define success metrics, monitor payment and settlement performance, prioritize improvements, and shape the Pay-ins roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, including shipping products end to end.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn complex workflows into clear, practical product experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive product decisions.
• Comfort working with data, defining metrics, and using insights to prioritize improvements.
• Experience working closely with engineers on technical products and navigating trade-offs.
• Builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and enthusiasm for taking ownership in a fast-moving startup.
• Interest in using AI and automation to work smarter and rethink existing processes.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience with card processing, APMs, crypto payments, cross-border payments, or merchant settlement.
• Experience with payments, especially Merchant of Record, PSP, or cross-border commerce.
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
