What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for institutional client onboarding, including entity verification and account activation.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey caused by regulatory or risk controls.
• Collaborate with Compliance, operations, and business teams to translate policy requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Utilize data, research, and experimentation to prioritize product improvements and make informed decisions.
• Simplify complex workflows through thoughtful product design and automation.
• Design audit-ready and transparent solutions that adapt to evolving regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record of building onboarding, identity verification, or enterprise account experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to identifying user friction.
• Experience navigating regulatory and risk requirements within a product ecosystem.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and align multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with institutional KYC/KYB processes and AML requirements.
• Experience with workflow automation or back-office case management systems.
• Background in financial services, SaaS, or B2B marketplaces.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
