What you will do

• Develop original concepts and copy for integrated campaigns including TV, digital, social, and print.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and strategists to bring creative ideas to life.
• Ensure all work is on-brand, on-strategy, and culturally authentic for diverse audiences.
• Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
• Adapt and transcreate copy while maintaining tone and nuance across languages.
• Mentor junior copywriters and contribute to a collaborative creative environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising or a closely related creative field.
• Strong conceptual and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating big ideas.
• Proven ability to work across multiple media platforms and formats.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
