What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of advanced trading PMs, setting priorities and managing project delivery cadences.
• Define product strategy for trading platforms across Web and App, translating market intelligence into actionable roadmaps.
• Oversee the evolution of core trading features including account models, order lifecycles, and risk management engines.
• Ensure product readiness for licensed markets by partnering with compliance, legal, and local entity leads.
• Analyze competitor mechanisms and market structure trends to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, quant, and institutional clients to optimize liquidity, spreads, and trading latency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years specifically on crypto trading platforms.
• Deep expertise in CEX product mechanisms including derivatives, unified margin, and liquidation engines.
• Proven track record of leading PM teams and delivering large-scale trading platform programs.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory-sensitive launches in jurisdictions like SG, EU, HK, US, or others.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
• Ability to work directly with institutional clients and market makers.
