What you will do
- Guide customers through onboarding milestones and ensure successful initial application deployment.
- Monitor product usage and engagement to identify underutilized apps and mitigate churn risk.
- Facilitate technical workshops and training sessions for diverse user groups.
- Act as the voice of the customer to internal product and engineering teams to drive solution improvements.
- Collaborate with account teams to align learning initiatives with business goals and capture measurable outcomes.
- Provide technical advocacy and support to ensure customers maximize value from the platform.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) is required.
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solution Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, or Technical CSM.
- Extensive experience with the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including feature engineering and model deployment.
- Strong understanding of GenAI application architectures, LLM implementations, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment patterns.
- Ability to read code and logs to diagnose technical issues.
