What you will do

• Partner with federal sales teams to map agency missions and technical constraints to hirify.global capabilities.
• Build and deliver outcome-oriented demonstrations for federal prospects and existing customers.
• Define technical requirements and recommend deployment models meeting FedRAMP, DoD IL, and agency security mandates.
• Support conversations on AI governance, data security, and responsible AI in alignment with federal regulations.
• Provide feedback on federal-specific needs and procurement hurdles to Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales/solution engineering within the AI software/SaaS space.
• 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. federal government customers.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and industry events.
