Salary: MXN 45,000 - 55,000 monthly

What you will do

• Review system requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to define test strategies.
• Execute manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple environments.
• Maintain and execute test cases in Zephyr, ensuring traceability to user stories in Jira.
• Verify API responses and integrations using Postman to ensure backend-frontend consistency.
• Identify, log, and retest defects, participating in triage and root cause discussions.
• Track QA metrics such as defect leakage and coverage to improve release readiness.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in manual testing as a QA Engineer.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English level proficiency.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, defect life cycle, and Agile frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scrum/SAFe frameworks and Gherkin BDD language.
• Hands-on exposure to Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Zephyr Scale and Confluence.
