What you will do

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and technical documentation.
• Perform API testing using Postman to validate integrations with third-party systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers and admins for resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst/Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing across Salesforce clouds or custom implementations.
• Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English: C1 level required for clear and effective communication.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery environments.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, email journeys, and segmentation.
• Knowledge of AI concepts pertaining to quality assurance and testing.
• ISTQB CTFL certification.
