Network Engineer (Palo Alto, Cisco)

TL;DR

Network Engineer (Palo Alto/Cisco): Implementing and supporting Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco-based networks for enterprise customers with an accent on network troubleshooting and documentation. Focus on managing large enterprise network devices and providing support within a follow-the-sun model.

Location: 100% remote for candidates based in the Brazil, Mexico, or Philippines area

What you will do

• Implement, troubleshoot, and document enterprise networks and related systems.
• Manage and implement Palo Alto firewalls.
• Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to clients.
• Support customers according to a follow-the-sun model.

Requirements

• Strong understanding and skills with Palo Alto firewalls.
• CCNA level expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Demonstrable experience in the implementation and support of large enterprise networks.
• Practical experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience with the implementation of Cisco-based wireless network infrastructure.
• Experience with Meraki.
