Location: Fully remote within the United States (excluding AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, WV, WI).

Salary: $79,000 – $100,000 (based on geographic region).

What you will do

• Own recurring components of the monthly actuals process across income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Maintain core FP&A models and reporting outputs with structured QA checks.
• Investigate and summarize budget variances to help leadership understand performance and risks.
• Act as a Pigment power user to automate reporting and forecast workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data integrity and sustainable handoffs.
• Prepare executive materials including Monthly Flash and Board reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific states listed).
• Early-career experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and three-statement analysis.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for leadership.
• Experience with or willingness to master planning platforms like Pigment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

• Experience leveraging AI tools for data validation and narrative preparation.
• Background in improving financial reporting scalability.
