What you will do

• Translate research insights and requirements from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial ideas and workflows to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Asia and internationally to define product initiatives and user-centric solutions.
• Partner with UX Research, UX Writing, and Brand teams to shape the overall design vision of the DeFi platform.
• Elevate design quality through formal reviews, presentations, and by facilitating design thinking workshops.
• Mentor other designers across the organization on craft, experience, and process.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
• Experience designing complex products in fintech, crypto, or web3.
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including DeFi, DEX trading, and wallet management.
• Proven ability to simplify complex trading features for both novice and professional users.
• Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for design decisions to stakeholders.
• Must have a current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with investment platforms or Fintech products.
• Experience collaborating across different timezones and offices.
• Understanding of React framework for frontend development.
• Experience facilitating design thinking workshops or design sprints.
