What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end mobile systems for iOS and Android, from architecture to launch strategy.
• Develop scalable solutions by applying knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics.
• Write production-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive documentation and test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks.
• Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and optimize workflows.
• Mentor new team members through interviewing and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code on iOS and/or Android.
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
• Experience working in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to drive measurable efficiency and quality gains.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or shared code repositories.
• Active participation in the developer community (GitHub, Stack Overflow, blogs).
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation.
