Salary: $168,100 – $261,500 per year

What you will do

• Own and drive technical strategy for foundational iOS components and native video playback infrastructure
• Architect and build robust WebView infrastructure and bridges for React-based web content integration
• Lead performance optimization efforts for platform components used by millions of daily active users
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to iOS engineers, including onboarding L4/L5 engineers
• Drive cross-organizational architectural decisions balancing developer velocity and app performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish development standards for hybrid mobile applications

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional iOS development experience
• Strong proficiency with Swift and the iOS architectural ecosystem
• 6+ years of experience building and shipping production applications to the Apple App Store
• Proven track record of leading major architectural initiatives or platform-level projects
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across teams
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid mobile architectures, WebView integration, JavaScript bridges, React, or React Native
• Experience with video streaming or real-time communication technologies
• Background working on platform or infrastructure teams supporting multiple product teams
