What you will do

• Develop and improve reusable iOS components, patterns, and tooling for the hirify.global design system.
• Contribute to the architecture of design system features using high-quality Swift and rigorous testing.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering workflows and efficiency.
• Define and uphold iOS standards, including the implementation of accessibility best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues for partner teams adopting shared system capabilities.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering partners to align on roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with deep familiarity with iOS platform conventions.
• Strong understanding of application performance, concurrency, and memory efficiency.
• Experience with build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be located in the United States.
