Salary: $265,000 - $285,000 a year

What you will do

• Set technical direction for complex iOS initiatives, translating product ambition into scalable mobile architecture.
• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality iOS features, from implementation to App Store release.
• Evolve Swift-based architecture using patterns like MVVM and The Composable Architecture (TCA) for maintainability.
• Build performant and accessible user experiences using UIKit, SwiftUI, and Swift Concurrency.
• Take ownership of reliability, including multithreading, API integrations, memory management, and crash diagnosis.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews, fostering a culture of technical excellence and respect.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and shipping production iOS applications at scale.
• Deep proficiency in Swift and UIKit, with working knowledge of SwiftUI in production.
• Expertise in scalable iOS architectures (MVVM, TCA), modularization, and dependency management.
• Strong experience with Combine, Swift Concurrency (async/await, actors), and memory management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI or GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in Austin, TX or New York, NY; no Visa sponsorship provided.
