Salary: $45,095 – $50,731 CAD

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for unionized paramedicine, medical transport, and communications roles.
- Maintain and update the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) for new hires, job changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate with leadership and payroll teams to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Perform pre-employment checks and testing for new hires.
- Respond to HR inquiries from employees and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role supporting high-volume operations.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HCMS systems is required.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Previous recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with NLHS’s ServiceNow platform.
