What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to identify core business needs and propose effective solution options.
• Define detailed requirements for reports, dashboards, metrics, and other analytical tools.
• Prepare and maintain project artifacts including BRDs, SRSs, functional specifications, and User Stories.
• Manage development tasks and support the full SDLC in collaboration with developers, QA, and data analysts.
• Conduct UAT and feature acceptance to ensure delivered functionality meets business expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT product companies or software development.
• Proven expertise in preparing SRSs, functional specifications, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required for communication in an international team.
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and challenge assumptions.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, Gaming, or within dedicated Data Analytics/BI teams.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of product analytics, data governance, and data quality principles.
