What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners to drive product discovery and delivery for internal tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Game teams, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to document requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and improve product documentation in Confluence.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve KPIs.
• Support QA and release readiness to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate decisions using data.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with internal tools or back-office platforms.
