Business Analyst

Location: Remote from Czechia, Hungary, Serbia, or Portugal

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, document, validate, verify, and manage business, stakeholder, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Drive solution design from business objectives through implementation and support.
• Create and maintain BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and use cases.
• Model requirements using BPMN and/or UML and facilitate discovery, refinement, planning, and grooming sessions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and analyze the impact of changes across system components.
• Support Product Owner, Development, QA, and Design teams throughout the SDLC while managing requirement-related risks and changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 1–2 years at Senior level.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong requirements documentation, management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to understand system constraints, write and analyze SQL queries, and document REST APIs.
• Experience collaborating with architects and developers on system analysis and solution design.

Nice to have

• Higher technical education.
• Experience in the iGaming domain.
• Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Fluent Russian.
