What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client communications and proactive coordination for packaging and omnichannel projects.
• Translate client objectives and brand standards into clear briefs, scopes, and action plans.
• Coordinate workstreams across brand design, packaging systems, retail activation, and eCommerce content.
• Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and production teams to maintain strategic alignment.
• Prepare and track scopes, estimates, timelines, and budgets with oversight from leadership.
• Lead status meetings and project presentations with a focus on organization and clarity.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client services, account coordination, or marketing.
• Experience managing communications and project details with stakeholders.
• Exposure to the creative development process, including briefing, concept, and final delivery.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or project management tools is a plus.
