What you will do

• Lead the technical discovery phase to uncover prospect requirements and recommend optimal payment products and services.
• Develop comprehensive solution scopes and technical designs for new business, ensuring smooth handover to implementation teams.
• Conduct joint commercial presentations and product demonstrations to showcase hirify.global's merchant platforms.
• Facilitate discussions with merchants regarding connectivity structures, integration best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with product, client success, and implementation teams to align commercialization with delivery capabilities.
• Perform competition assessments and act as the voice of the customer to influence product development.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English is essential.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a Presales role.
• Strong working knowledge of technical integrations, APIs, and payment technologies.
• Ability to build deep internal networks and maintain external industry relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-level client meetings.
• Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities.
