hirify.global is a fintech company building a regulated banking-as-a-service platform.

What you will do

  • Take technical responsibility for one or more projects within the engineering team.
  • Design and develop the "bank by API" infrastructure in collaboration with the product team.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability to handle rapidly growing loads.
  • Ensure adherence to architecture rules and maintain comprehensive automated tests.
  • Solve complex problems within a reactive architecture in a demanding IT domain.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer with a strong focus on back-end systems.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and mastery of Node.js.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL database query optimization, observability, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and microservices or distributed systems.
  • Fluent English proficiency (C1).
  • Must be based in or able to work from Paris or Bordeaux.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of driving impactful projects from conception to delivery.
  • Experience designing for long-term scalability and clean architecture.
  • Passion for functional programming or contributing to open source.
