What you will do

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate NLP, speech-to-text, and LLM models for production environments.
• Develop and optimize RAG and vector-based retrieval systems for chatbots and summarization features.
• Translate AI/ML research papers and emerging techniques into practical production-ready improvements.
• Integrate AI models into existing backend services using Python-based APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align AI capabilities with product requirements and platform constraints.
• Investigate and resolve AI-related production issues to ensure system resilience in live environments.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or speech technologies in real-world production contexts.
• Proficiency in Python-based AI development, specifically using PyTorch and related ecosystems.
• Proven ability to evaluate AI/ML research and translate insights into model improvements.
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI models in production systems.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector retrieval.
• Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, SageMaker), MLflow, and Docker.
