What you will do

• Support clients in the tax reclaim area according to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assist Client Services in responding to customer inquiries regarding the use of tax products and services.
• Secure tax operations in ES-OSL and ES-CPH systems and resolve any instabilities.
• Provide input to ensure tax products are developed in line with market expectations and changes.
• Assist development teams with requirement gathering and testing for future products and services.
• Support the automation and streamlining of internal operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of general principles of taxation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end post-trade value chain.
• Fluent in English.
• Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
• Must be based in Porto, Portugal.

• Experience with specific areas of tax processing such as withholding tax, tax reclaim, or annual reporting.
