What you will do

• Administer and configure ChurnZero, including journey, campaign, and playbook management.
• Operationalize customer lifecycle programs such as onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power Automate and AI tools.
• Maintain data quality and support reporting dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and IT teams to ensure efficient cross-functional workflows.
• Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada with legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, customer success, or systems coordination.
• Proficiency with ChurnZero is required.
• Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Outreach, or Zapier.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable processes.
• Experience in SaaS or Customer Success environments.
