Location: Must be based in Mahon, Cork, Ireland (On-site role)

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, resolving technical issues using standard operating procedures.
- Provide support for hardware setups, identity verification, and access requests.
- Assist colleagues with productivity applications and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Maintain AV and meeting room technologies to ensure seamless collaboration spaces.
- Document ticket notes accurately to facilitate knowledge sharing and escalation to senior experts.
- Translate technical instructions into simple, user-friendly guidance for non-technical staff.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Mahon, Cork, Ireland.
- Natural desire to help people and commitment to providing a supportive user experience.
- Basic understanding of computers, software, and digital workplace tools.
- Clear and patient communication skills with the ability to follow technical documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact to employee productivity.
