What you will do

• Lead product planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for the AI Native engineering platform.
• Translate complex engineering lifecycle patterns into structured product solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Design AI Agent capabilities for requirement analysis, coding collaboration, and environment orchestration.
• Drive integration of AI with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and testing platforms.
• Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation and continuous optimization.
• Support the product’s scale-up from pilot validation to broad organizational adoption.

Requirements

• Must have a current right to work in Singapore
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or AI.
• 6+ years of experience in ToB, platform, or intelligent product solutions.
• Strong engineering background in software development, testing, or architecture.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, engineering productivity, and software delivery processes.
• Solid experience with AI Agent design and mainstream AI coding tools like Cursor or Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, knowledge graphs, or intelligent workflows.
• Proven track record of building engineering or DevOps platforms from 0 to 1.
• Hybrid background transitioning from engineering to product management.
