Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Optimize laser processes to achieve high yields and dimensional stability in diamond parts.
• Lead process improvement projects to scale manufacturing capabilities.
• Conduct hands-on experiments with laser and motion control equipment.
• Analyze complex data to derive actionable insights and technical solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, optical, and software engineering teams.
• Develop standard operating procedures and train technical staff on laser processes.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Materials Science, Applied Physics, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in mass production of diamond, semiconductors, or ceramics.
• Expertise in optical fundamentals and laser materials processing.
• Experience with maintaining, scripting, and programming motion control equipment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a manufacturing environment.
