What you will do

• Build, manage, and develop a high-caliber team of AI engineers and researchers, owning hiring and performance.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI Agent products from requirements and architecture to production operations.
• Establish benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks to replace manual iteration with quantifiable quality signals.
• Design and implement Agent Harness infrastructure to ensure system stability and reliability in real-world scenarios.
• Orchestrate creative reasoning steps with deterministic guardrails for a balance of flexibility and control.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align technical direction with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research, productization, or platform development at globally recognized technology companies.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and recommendation systems.
• Proven track record of delivering autonomous AI Agent products from inception to production.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into engineering workflows (e.g., AI coding assistants, automated code review).
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Current right to work in Singapore is strongly prioritized.

• Background at an AI-native startup or frontier AI lab with experience in fast-cycle product iteration.
