What you will do

• Lead the development and global rollout of a research framework for defining and training models via various optimization procedures.
• Integrate the research framework with the production platform for seamless model deployment and execution.
• Partner with Quantitative Researchers to test hypotheses and tune data-driven systematic trading strategies and alpha signals.
• Expand the research framework into a global standard for consuming and transforming diverse data sources.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Machine Learning, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps, Research Engineering, or ML Research.
• Strong mathematical and statistical background.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries including numpy, pytorch, polars, pandas, and ray.
• Proven experience designing end-to-end ML pipelines (preprocessing, training, deployment, and monitoring).
• Experience with modern software practices: Agile, version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
