What you will do

• Envision and support the development of novel ML systems and performance optimizations for CS products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to design efficient AI solutions.
• Develop and refine LLM-based applications, including RAG and search capabilities.
• Implement automation for LLM evaluation, testing, and feedback-based learning.
• Share technical knowledge and collaborate with teams across China and the US.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in ML engineering with ownership of large-scale software systems.
• Strong background in designing and developing scalable AI and ML services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in China.

• Experience with LLM-driven chatbot and Agentic AI products.
