What you will do

• Administer individual mutual fund retail accounts for diverse client types.
• Execute financial and non-financial trade transactions with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to resolve problematic transactions.
• Review and process documents in both French and English to satisfy industry regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• College Diploma or equivalent experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and professional communication skills.
