What you will do

• Design new Lawful Interception integrations for various enforcement agencies across MVNOs and multiple countries.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements from national authorities into actionable and scalable technical solutions.
• Manage the complete software lifecycle for compliance tools, including testing and vendor negotiation (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Develop detailed High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) design documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Regulatory teams to ensure global compliance and security of intercept processes.
• Monitor telecom industry trends to drive the company's technological evolution and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Mobile Networks (LTE, 5G, IMS, IP) and MVNO architectures.
• Expertise in lawful interception frameworks (ETSI, CALEA) and gateway/mediation functions.
• Experience communicating with telecom regulators and law enforcement agencies.
• Proven ability to author and present technical design documents (HLDs and LLDs).

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing mobile core network services.
• Experience setting up VPNs across diverse vendors and managing security certificates.
• Relevant security accreditations and certifications.
• Ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders to derive technical requirements.
