What you will do
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality RFP and DDQ responses using approved content.
- Collaborate with Investment Management, Distribution, and Legal teams to gather and refine proposal data.
- Manage delivery timelines, identify potential risks, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update proposal content within internal systems for accuracy and consistency.
- Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity and alignment with brand standards.
- Track proposal outcomes to support continuous improvement of the submission process.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Strong interest or experience in investment management or financial services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Highly organized approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.

- Interest in pursuing IMC or CFA qualifications.
