Associate Proposal Specialist

Location: Singapore; hybrid work location

What you will do

• Coordinate and produce RFP and DDQ responses using approved content.
• Work with Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance, and other stakeholders to gather and refine information.
• Manage proposal timelines, identify risks, and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update proposal content in internal systems.
• Review and edit documents for clarity, quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Track proposal activity and outcomes while developing knowledge of investment products, market trends, and macroeconomic developments.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in investment management or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident stakeholder management and a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and degree-level education or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Interest in pursuing IMC or CFA qualifications.
