Location: Katowice, Poland (EU citizenship required; must be located in Poland and commute to the office in Katowice)

Salary: 12 000-16 000 PLN gross/month (UoP) or 100-140 PLN net/h (B2B)

What you will do

• Build and maintain GitLab CI pipelines using templates, reusable components, and best practices
• Operate GitLab Runners on Kubernetes (install, scale, troubleshoot, optimize)
• Troubleshoot build and deployment issues end-to-end across Kubernetes, networking, certificates, ingress, and secrets
• Deploy and maintain Apache-based workloads on Kubernetes and related operational practices

Requirements

• EU citizenship
• Location in Poland and willingness to commute to the office in Katowice
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience, including daily work with kubectl, Helm/Kustomize, and cluster troubleshooting
• Advanced GitLab CI/CD experience, including pipeline design and operating GitLab Runners on Kubernetes
• Solid Linux fundamentals, scripting skills, and strong DevOps best practices
• Fluent English: B2/C1

Nice to have

• CKAD (or equivalent proof of Kubernetes app-level skills)
