TL;DR

DevOps Lead (iGaming): Driving the evolution of cloud and on-premise infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security for a high-load gaming platform with an accent on Kubernetes orchestration and GitOps. Focus on automating CI/CD pipelines, designing scalable production environments, and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers.

Location: Offices in Warsaw or Tbilisi, or remote if based in another city

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, managing task prioritization and professional growth.
  • Evolve and maintain cloud (AWS) and on-premise infrastructure with a focus on Kubernetes environments.
  • Drive automation via Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams to streamline software delivery and operational processes.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and security of production systems.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and lead incident response and troubleshooting initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring DevOps/SRE teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky Linux).
  • Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and ArgoCD.
  • Experience working in high-load production environments.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-availability industries.
