CI/CD Engineer (Kubernetes, GitHub Actions)

TL;DR

CI/CD Engineer (Kubernetes/GitHub Actions): Managing and evolving the common CI/CD framework for a central Global Platform with an accent on automation and developer experience. Focus on building scalable deployment pipelines, integrating GitOps with ArgoCD, and exploring Agentic AI to optimize the SDLC.

Location: Must be based in Poland (Hybrid: mostly remote, with monthly visits to Łódź and bi-annual meetups in Europe)

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and evolve the common CI/CD framework as a critical component of the Global Platform.
• Design and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline developer workflows and improve pipeline efficiency.
• Act as the primary technical contact for internal development teams, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
• Collaborate with the Development Experience organization to ensure a seamless internal developer journey.
• Plan and execute migrations from legacy CI/CD solutions to the standardized platform.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, including Agentic AI, to evolve platform architecture and productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland for monthly office visits to Łódź.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub and building scalable pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, Go).
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, administration, and deployment strategies.
• Practical experience with ArgoCD and GitOps principles.
• Proficiency in managing Helm Charts, specifically Umbrella Charts, and using Sealed Secrets.

Nice to have

• Current Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
