What you will do

• Lead the migration from legacy LAMP/Couchbase stacks to containerized Kubernetes environments.
• Build and manage Kubernetes clusters, including control plane configuration.
• Develop and maintain automation for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Manage observability tools including Grafana and Prometheus.
• Support Linux production systems and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE roles.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise including cluster building and orchestration.
• Deep Linux system administration skills.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Bash, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
• Excellent English communication skills are critical for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Couchbase or the gaming industry.
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, load balancing, firewalls).
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Background in building Internal Developer Platforms.
