What you will do

• Create digital twins of real systems to enable faster iteration and smarter decision-making.
• Design and develop complex control systems and solutions for various robotic systems.
• Build rapid prototypes and refine them into production-ready solutions.
• Test robotic solutions in both simulated environments and real-world scenarios.
• Design automated robotic systems to enhance production efficiency and precision.
• Research latest trends in navigation, sensing, and decision-making within the robotics domain.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python and professional software development.
• MSc or Ph.D. degree in computer science, applied mathematics, robotics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in control theory (MPC, MHE, LQG), Kalman filtering, and decentralized control system analysis.
• Experience in mathematical optimization techniques such as NLP, QP, and MILP.
• Knowledge of first-principles and data-driven modeling for dynamic systems and databases like SQLite/PostgreSQL.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services in software development.
• Experience working with Unix (Linux) environments.
• Skills in CI/CD, build/deployment, and monitoring of complex systems.
